Stern, 2003Looking for a full brass set (or partial or even single pieces) for a LOTR project,
Even if you only have one piece I'd be interested to hear from you,
I'm looking for,
Legs, Lockdown bar, Rails, Backbox hinges, Shooter housing, possibly even a brass coin door,
and any mods people have for LOTR laying around 
They are also way higher than anyone else 
I just waned to see if anyone had any extra laying around before I send my stuff to Mike for re-plating,
I like having duplictaes of everything,
Starscream, if you're a DIY kinda person and everything you have is chrome, try forum search for "I want gold balls" thread.. gave a recipe for really simple cold flash plating with copper. if you do it thin it looks gold or brassy, then clearcoats so it wont oxidize darker. it could look great and maybe take an hour, spending maybe 5-6 bucks.
