I'm out of ideas on this one and haven't been able to find anyone else having a ball getting hung up as shown. I've moved the top guide up / down / sideways with no change in behavior. Plastic is a little saggy, but nothing that seems out of line. Maybe the wires the ball rides on aren't up high enough? Any help would be appreciated on this, as it seems to get hung up there every other game or so. Thanks.

Quoted from wizard_mode:

Make sure the ends of these rails (that the ball rides on when exiting the top of the ramp) are fully seated into the playfield and that the nuts are tight on the bottom of the playfield.

Alright, cranked them down, and I can get the ball to rest there if I place it by hand *just right*, but it seems to have taken care of it for the most part. Great advice, thank you!
