Do you really need the whole board? Why not just replace the relay?

Is it unreliable because of cracked solder joints like these? Once reflowed with solder it works like new.

I tried reflowing all connections. I think it's the relay contacts

I have a couple that I've replaced with my GI OCD boards. The ones that came out of the game are used and probably going on 30 years old, though. You could very well run into issues with the relay in them at pretty much any time.
