Playdium store just got a Medieval Madness. I know because they came to my place to pick up my machine for servicing and it was there in their truck coming from a location spot.

Yes very very far away

Yeah, it would be great to hear some first hand accounts. I shared my TOPEC experience. I did once have a few e-mail exchanges with him as he claimed to have an Alien Poker, but he was way up in the clouds on price.

If you want to buy a Bad Cats for $4800, Chris is your man !

#64 4 years ago

It's 2015 and you are trying to sell a product worth $7500

5 mins of your day to remove the PF glass and snap some shots with a real camera or least a better device....marketing 101.

#66 4 years ago

If you are essentially saying playfield is a 10, backglass is a 10, and cab is a 10, make sure the pics show it. $7500 would be a good price. I have seen some go for much more and some go for less. If you lived closer to me I would certainly have given it a look as well.

It's always best too see with your own eyes ,it's the only way I do it ,in the past pics lie ,I have driving 4 hours away going by pics and it wasn't very nice at all

Try your iPhone for quality pics, they will help you sell the game.
My iPad camera is terrible and has the grainy effect as seen above.

#69 4 years ago

Still it's good to take a picture in a lighted room with the glass off.

Ok, thanks for the info (and others). I did find it odd that they wanted my phone number and info without actually giving me a price first. When I asked again for a price and again for pictures, I was told the game was now sold - guess for the better then.

I'm in Ontario. Selling my LAH. It is posted with pics.

TAF has been sold

#74 4 years ago

Did TAF stay in Ontario, or did it jump over the border ?

searching for a local Doctor Who or Creature from the Black Lagoon . . .
Let us know what you have and where you are located in Ontario.
Lots of Canadian pins for sale, although most of them are in the west . . .
. . . it would be great to find them closer and not have to pay the shipping.

You've probably found them by now, but Gerry at Allouette in Montreal has both at the moment.

Interesting, I was just there a few days ago and no mm . I even asked Doug about it and he knew nothing about it.

Still looking for a DW, although I don't see any prices or either of these machines on their web site.

Is Gerry a friend of yours, or have you had dealings with Allouette before ?

The average opinion on Allouette as a company is not great . . .

I went back to see if I could buy it. It was in their service dept (Talk to Bryan) but they will not sell it because it is their location machine and it makes 10K/year. I was freaking out because that machine was on my driveway in their truck and I let it get away.

I wonder what location ?

Pladium maybe ?

I would love to play it when in TO . . .

I would talk to Bryan in the service Dept. Jerry in sales should know as well since he is my contact and I was breaking his balls about buying it and he told me it came from one of their locations and will go back to another.

Roger that . . .

. . . meanwhile, if you find out let us know.

None I've used. But lots of places rechrome or plate car parts etc. So I would imagine any that do that must do good work.
I have only used a guy in hamilton I know for powder coating.

But I called around about 2 years ago for quotes on plating.

I think, if i remember right I was quoted around $300 for legs, coindoor, trim, backbox hinges and lockdown bar.
Not sure if thats good or not.

There are about 6 chrome places in Stoney Creek.
And I hear Cambridge custom chrome does great auto restoration of chrome parts.

Thats the good thing about living so close to an industrial town.
Electronic component shops, machine shops, weld shops, powdercoating etc.
Lots of options and you can usually find a good price.

That's a great price. My only concern is that they may not fit properly after.

how can they not fit , powder coating is not that thick .

I thought chroming would make it thicker.
