Well I certainly don't want to spend $13k. I know I'll be spending more than $10k though. Silly me had a deposit on one and I backed out (financial reasons). I could have sold my spot for more than my $2k deposit, but I decided to be a nice guy and just give it up, so someone else could get the game for $10k. I've never been fan of people buying up a deposit, just to sell it to the highest bidder.
