Quoted from CaptainNeo:

since everyone else is spouting the System 11 breakdown list.
Swords of fury (wayyy number 1)
Atlantis (is actually half system 11 so could swing both ways)
earthshaker (top 25 game)
Mousin around
Banzai run
Space Station
Pinbot
Whirlwind
Taxi
Diner
F14

For me Banzai Run is at the top of the list when it comes to System 11. But it is a weird pin when it comes to value. People want $3k for players condition and psychopaths want $6k for collectors condition. If you can find a beat up one for $1200-$1500 I would say go for it and try out some restoration.
