Item description

Hey everyone, new to the forums but I am searching for a pin or 2 for my 9yo daughter for Christmas. I am a big fan of restoring coin op vending machines, but she wants a pinball table. Anyone within 100 miles of South Jersey have a Phantom of the Opera or a Haunted House for sale? The condition needs to be mostly working. I can fix some small things and will likely restore the machine before christmas as long as the play field has its paint and the back glass is good.

I've only found a few Phantoms with really bad backglass and burnt playfield. I really want one with as good a back glass as possible since this will be more of a decorative piece as well as a player (it will go in the living room). Haunted House should have a good back glass too. I can touch up the playfield on a haunted house

I would even go as far as 200 miles

Patience and one will pop up! Good luck

Good luck with your search..... My Phantom sits right next to my Haunted House, they look great together!

Did you ever look into that Craigslist ad for Phantom located in NJ that I sent your way?

#7 6 years ago

I did. It looks like someone dropped a soldering iron on the playfield and needs a new backglass, new coils, and some board work. Not worth the 1800 asking price when I know for around 2400 I've seen restored ones
