Last I heard, a collector out in CA has it, along with a number of other incredibly rare games.

Remaking a game plan game would probably be very difficult, since there's basically no stockpile of spare parts.

Electronics wouldn't be difficult to replicate or emulate using copied roms - pretty sure the GamePlan system was Z80-based. Sound hardware might be another matter though.
