When I had my I500 I just replaced the missing tabs with a piece of electrical tape. Never had an issue after that. And even if I did I'd only have to replace the tape.

I just realized I had one left from when I had my I500. Also have one of the GLM wide opto boards along with some replacement optos and standoffs for the lights here.
