When I had my I500 I just replaced the missing tabs with a piece of electrical tape. Never had an issue after that. And even if I did I'd only have to replace the tape.

I did consider tape, it's just that my Indy 500 is in Nice shape and I wanted something more true to original. But that is a good idea. Thanks
