Subject says it all.
Missed out on a nice one a few months back. Have been acquiring parts and other junk to piece one together, but best case would be to find one (any condition) and go from there. Would also be interested in just a cabinet (hoops or similar that I could convert)

I do have other unique and/or lower production titles and/or playfields for possible trade.

Preference is just a straight cash purchase as it is always the easiest.

Willing to travel.
Willing to pay/deal with shipping also.

Seems a bunch of these went to France in particular.

Anyone know the story behind this game. Why the low run? Why many went overseas?

It is a rare game in the states but I have come across two in the last couple years on CL. One was pristine HUO for $900. I did not look too much into it at the time, but do regret not pulling the trigger. Looks like a fun game with a simple rule set. I love Basketball and enjoy all of the other basketball games, so I am sure I would dig Hoops as well.

Yeah they pop up every so often. Always been too far or not the right time.

Now is the right time since I am to the stage of build it from scratch or buy it, lol.

It is a bit to skill shot, 1 shot, heavy of a ruleset but I think there are ways to change that with a few small tweaks.

There is a good video by Dennis K that shows shooting for hoops instead of points. Check it out if you want a better idea of the game.
