Long story short, I was entirely f&@#€% by JJP with no recourse and yet I’m still here searching for a GNR CE, go figure . Had the machine in my shopping cart to purchase and a JJP employee on a separate warranty issue tells me they “may have to include that machine or another on a warranty swap out, to hold off until I receive the call. The next day they call me and basically tell me “we found another replacement machine for you” AND the GNR CE in your shopping cart that we told you to leave there is no good! On a side note called 4 days straight to sales only to get “voicemail full”. Will be posting the entire story on several forums and let people know EXACTLY my experience (along with proof) if this isn’t handled by them ASAP as a business should.
Outside of all that drama... Does anyone have a GNR CE that’s NIB they want to sell?
