Good luck, I have been trying to get one for over two years. The scale you are referring to is not a separate plastic, it is part of the right building set and is almost always broken in one way or another. There are many Fire owners looking for it. The center and left buildings are not as hard to locate, but the right one seems to be impossible unless they get remade.

Quoted from Pinwow:

Hehehehehe
I have a fully populated playfield, and a new CPR plastic set. I also have about 5 of the nos fire roller motors.
If you're interested, PM me..........
Kinda less inclined to sell the Pf, I have a fire champagne edition right now and I like to have spares

Stop rubbing it in!
