Hi All -

Looks like my road show DMD just went completely out this afternoon while in attract mode. If anyone has a spare DMD that they maybe holding onto because of a color DMD swap, please let me know. I would love to replace it before Christmas and visitors!

It’s pretty unusual for a dmd to go suddenly out. Typicaly they fade out over a period of months. I’d rule out your driver board before I replaced the dmd.

I've only ever had about 2 or 3 DMDs that actually went bad in any of my games in 20 years. But I've had to rebuild at least 2 dozen HV sections on the driver boards.

Take the DMD out and try in some of your other DMD games. If it works in those it's obviously not the DMD.

Thanks all for the advice. I'll try and swap DMD's. Dumb question - but will a DMD from White Water work with Road Show?

All 128x32 DMDs are the same. Vishay, Cherry, Babcock. They're all interchangeable.
