I got one beat up for $6400. Lowest one I saw was $5900. My preference is I don’t care about the cabinet fade. Actually prefer original cabinet fade over decals. But the playfield has to be good. One I got was pristine. 90% plastics and parts can be bought. Original Ruins and yellow opti ball lock are hard to find, but people are making 3D printed and mods so nothing you can’t find.
