Only suggestion of not much help is to consider looking at used options first. I was going the route you are but then did some searches on the OfferUp app and Craigs list and was amazed how many were selling off complete bars for close to give away prices. I ended up getting a beautiful virtually new hardwood complete bar for only a few hundred including NIB leather stools. Might be worth the hunt first. People tend to grow out of bars faster then exercise equipment...
