I received a NIB Walking Dead premium today. When I turn it on the lights underneath the play field and the back box light up, but nothing else. All the fuses are lit except F11. I changed it out, but it is still off and the dmd/playfield remain off. I don’t know if any of the other boards in the backbox are supposed to have lights on them, but if they do have lights, they are off as well. Any help would be appreciated. Was excited to play and this happens.

Thanks,
Jason

I would go over connectors under playfield and in the backbox. Be sure all are tight. None loose or off.

Glad you got it working, nothing worse than a dead NIB pinball machine. You are the man LTG!!

Never mind. It’s not working again. Started cutting out, so I checked all the connections and it was cutting in and out. It finally stayed on for awhile, but I was changing settings and when I closed the coin door it went back out. Doesn’t even seem to cut in and out anymore. Calling stern tomorrow I guess
