I am also getting the squelch, I have donated and entered my product key. redid everything and copied into usb stick, ill load into the pin tomorrow as it takes 30 minutes to go thru the process. I hope it works out, this is a deal breaker for me as all the voices have that awful squelch.

btw does everyone get the error code 8 when loading. seems to have loaded well on mine.

That shooter lane groove was from an early video I found on youtube. I like how it goes from that and launches into the theme when you plunge the ball.
You will get an error code upon update but this normal so you save your high scores and settings.
Also, I would recommend going into the game settings and changing the speech volume to like -35 or so. The lower the value, the louder the speech will be over the music. I think it's like setting 70ish......
thanks for the second version update. I was really bummed after updating to 1.24 game was "not the same"
