    Also as an electrician the push in types of these can be difficult with stranded wire but they do work. It's just not as east as solid. They are rated for stranded and solid. With the locking mechanism I think these would be better than the push in for stranded but I haven't used this particular one. We use thousands of these (push in type) in our pre fab shop. I personally don't care for them, but it's becoming the new norm.
