This section is so quiet it makes a little sadfaced. Ironically, I have a volume issue. My volume seems all over the place and just never sounds very good. It is the only thing that actually bothers me about my game. I think it also has an effect (affect? I hate english) on people's impression of the game. Mine always has WAY to much bass, no matter what I seem to do. I have messed with the settings within each app, and the overall volume on each game. I can never get a good balance. And today, after swapping in my Cannon Lagoon for the first time in a while, its horrible. The bass is so loud that I am afradi the speakers are going to blow (the cannonball sounds) but the music is barely playing. And I have the Music at 0.92 and the Bass at 0.00 (video and screenshots attached, if I can figure out how). Anyone have any suggestion or ideas? I sent a message to Multimorphic too.

It won't let me attach video. But suffice to see, the music is barely audible, and the cannonballs shake the cabinet and the room.

    Thanks all!

A while ago there were some known issues with volume settings changing — are you running all the latest firmware/code? Gerry and team should get you sorted out, esp. if you submit a ticket for it.

Edit- looking at past posts here it seems like you’ve had this problem from the get go, over a year now? No resolution from multimorphic? Almost seems like a faulty amp or issue with it if no other owners are experiencing this? I do recall whenI owned a P3 that the glass would rattle on cannon shots with the bass but I kind of enjoyed that.. it was punchy for sure but you could crank the other volumes as well to match it.

Ah didn't know that. Thanks. I just sent an email, figured it was just me not figuring something out...lol.

Just now seeing this post. Brian and I discussed this in email. If there was a faulty amp, rest assured we would have replaced it immediately.

The confusion here is that audio settings (volume, bass, etc) are stored independently for each app/game. Sometimes people highlight the app in launcher, go into settings, and expect the changes to affect the app, when they really only change the values in Launcher (regardless of which app was highlighted). After going into CL and changing the settings, Brian appears to be sorted. We probably need some better messaging in launcher to make this clearer.
