I already responded to clg off pinside, but in case anyone else is interested, here's what I wrote.
Dear clg,
There are a few changes that need to be made in order for the game to work on 220, which our factory does automatically if the game is being shipped abroad. First, the transformer needs to changed so the primary side is wired correctly. Secondly, you will need a new Varistor and Thermistor put into the power box. Third, the internal power supplies all have a switch that needs to be flipped to 220. Those changes, and a plug, are what are necessary.
If the game is ordered directly from JJP, that will all come at no extra cost assuming we know it is going overseas. If someone had to do it, it’s probably an hour or so job(if you know what you're doing) and $10 in parts.

Please be careful when doing these sort of things, because they could adversely affect your warranty. Last thing I want is pictures of an $8k campfire because someone didn't solder their varistor and thermistor correctly and went around the line fuse.
