Continuing Boilerman's notes, the Q relay has 4 open and 1 closed switch. Part of the fun is locating these on the schematic. One is at 15 E, bottom of the page, the one at 13G has the red and yellow wire and runs the score motor. One is at 3F to the special relay, one at 11F on the Q relay itself. It's a little hard to tell on my copy, but looks like the closed one is at G15 to the sequence bank reset.
Your wiring looks correct. I'd advise putting the switch back together, as it can't be adjusted when apart.
At the lower right corner of the schematic are the three target bank resets. They activate via switches on the score motor at 4B and 4C. The chart of score motor switches is in the lower left of the schematic just above the title. Referring to that you see that 4B has one open and one closed switch, 4C two open and one closed. I'd check these.

As EMsInKC said, to the right of the motor switch 1C, make sure the normally closed switches at motor 2B and relay "S" are clean and making good contact.
