The 500, 5000 and drop target points not registering, when triggered the score motor will run and the relay will energize but no points are received? the other points are working fine, the score reels are all working when I manually hit the relays in the head?
No, there is a contact that will score through the score motor - either that is dirty/miss adjusted or the score motor contact is. Just because the relay engages doesn't mean it is working as it should.

Pull the pin and take a look at that relay--manually press it and watch the switch contacts. You should be able to tell which are normally open at rest and normally closed at rest. If they all look gapped correctly, then I'd get out the flexstone and clean each of them.
