First thing is reseat all socketed chips on the boards. Then check the ribbon cables. If that fails. Sound section troubleshooting guide here.

Yeah stuff always come loose when moving machines. Always good to check that no screws fell out, or stuff was left in the bottom of the game And may be wedged somewhere. That plugs are all pushed in right.
Start reading that repair guide. Or print it out. Because eventually something will break. Invest in a good solidering iron( if you don't have one) get some spare diodes to have on hand. Part of the fun is fixing them. That's pinball!
