I had the opportunity to visit JJP yesterday with my family - and was lucky enough to have received a personal tour of the manufacturing facility from Jack and his Daughter Jen.

They were so incredibly generous with their time- and Jack loaded me up with DialedIn goodies- I was blown away by his generosity. The kids had so much fun- and Jack patiently answered all of my son and daughter's questions.

He's proven himself to be above board in helping me with some DI issues I had early on- and went above and beyond in this tour. I can't say enough nice things about him and Jen.

    THANKS JACK!!

Does Jack wear that raglan EVERY single day? Kind of impressive

He is very down to earth. Met him at Louisville expo 2017. Super nice and genuine.

Jack seems to be a great guy, very hands on with the company and genuinely cares about his customers. They make a great product and definitely try to help their customers

That's awesome! It's things like this that JJP does along with their commitment to quality, support and code that keeps me buying their games. JJP has a lot of passion with what they are doing.

Kinda like the movie the Fly with Jeff Goldblum. He had 7 of the same suits.

Excellent. Were you just in the neighbourhood or were you there specific to a purchase? Just wondered if Jack does this for anyone who might show up?

We were in the area but I called a week in advance.

Jack is a class act. Bought my first 2 NIB games from him way before JJP was a company. Was up in the Jersey area for work and we stopped by pinball sales. Greeted us at the door and let us stick around play some of the newer sterns. SM was the new game at the time. He didn’t seem bothered that we were there and chatted with us the whole time. I know not everything has gone smooth with him getting JJP up and running, but I’ll never forget that.

Was it a day off for employees? Seems like no one on the floor working. Weekend?

Flip flops on the factory floor - love it!

Been there twice. Jack was great and I had an issue with my Hobbit once and I was able to drive over and pick up the parts in person.I am very close to lakewood. They were in a meeting when I arrived and I wish I remembered the parts guys name, but he came out of the meeting and gave me the parts as I waited. Great people and beautifull machines.
