I just joined the club yesterday and had Brad from VP cabs drop off a VP2000 with full force feed back and am really enjoying the machine a lot, this degisen reflex the dmd onto the back of the cab above the playfield so I can see the display with out looking up,works well

I was at Marvin's and thought I would play fh and thought is was fun and said to myself maybe I will look for one.then
I went home and fired up my vp with force feedback and played funhouse and was more than satisfied and lost interest in looking for a real one, I find that to be true with most of the classic b/w game that and pinball fx2 is why ii will never sell my vp,I know I am in the minority but lucky I am happy with the play

I have a vpcabs pinball 2000 type game where the display is shown on the upper playfield ,it’s about 10 years old and I am asking what you guys think it’s worth,I know it’s not much and I am stupid enough to have paid about 7000.00 but I would like to move it along? Biggest mistake I have ever made I believe only computer literate people should by these games.

I wish I could hire a wizard to upgrade it to the build you guys are talking about but there is nobody and it would have to take a lot of time maybe a very young kid that is a wiz and would work at a great rate.

    Thanks.

Does anybody have a suggestion for finding someone to upgrade my cab?

Someone suggested a high school computer class project!

I placed an ad on cl for a tech support and it cost me 35 dollars anyway I may consider contacting my old HS and see if someone there could help,i do remember one thing about vpcabs that Brad the old owner was an AHole.

    Quoted from DudeRegular:

You probably need a whole new PC to get started if your cab is that old. Does your machine work at all?

Ya it works and has fx2 but again it’s not 4k and compared to the new graphics it still a joke! I also have full force feed back.
