    This 1979 Magnavox console stereo/LP/8-track system I have doesn't tune FM radio correctly. It works, but I am getting multiple stations coming in at once even if I slightly turn the dial. Would old/bad electrolytic capacitors cause this? This unit has several dozen.

    Caps replaced. Maybe this will fix it.
