What is the consensus on replacing coil sleeves in flippers? I have three Stern games (ACDC-prem, LOTR, POTC) that are truly home use only. That said, they are easily going on ten plus years without any flipper rebuilds. They do seem to be playing without any problems. I was doing some work on my ACDC adjusting the under playfield switches that were off kilter. This got me to thinking, would it be a good time to replace just the coil sleeves on the flippers? I was putting an order in at Pinball Life for some other stuff and sleeves are cheap.
