The flippers on my MM seem a bit too powerful. I am running 11629 coils
I was thinking of swapping them out with a set of 11630 coils I wonder if that wold make a noticeable Difference? Also where is the best place to buy coils?

Quoted from vid1900:6.5* is fine.
Make sure your flipper have fresh rubber and that the rubber is all the way down against the molded ledge.
Make sure your flippers have good (new) nylon bushings, and that you have the correct amount of gap between the top of the bushing and the flipper itself (use a gap tool or credit card).
Vid
thanks! i will check these things.
Hey Vid can you tell me if coil stops are interchangeable? I have a coil on a stern game that is buzzing. I pulled the coil stop (on right in pic below) and ground it flat, it helped a little but the flipper is still buzzing. I had a flipper rebuild kit in my parts box that I think was for a Williams game (shown on right in pic) the one out of the kit is a bit smaller but the the screw holes line up and the coil stop itself is the same diameter. Do you think I can use it on a Stern?
Quoted from vid1900:You can use it, but it will give the flipper too much travel and make the game too easy.
Just buy a real replacement Stern part, and play the game as it was meant to be played.
10-4 thanks Vid

Update I ordered the correct coil stop from PBL and my flipper buzz is gone
Thanks Vid
