The thing is that people need to speak up when there is a problem. There were several occasions where I walked up on a game and saw a problem that the previous person had walked away from. I found a staffer, pointed out the problem, and they jumped right on it. Most were quick fixes. If you see something, say something. That is what keeps these games going.
