    Quoted from RWH:

To all those whom have risked their lives for this country I love, THANK YOU and God Bless you for the liberties we enjoy!!! FREEDOM IS NOT FREE
    [quoted image]

Not sure why this would offend anyone! A huge heartfelt thanks to all Veterans. We all should remember for what all those lives have lost - this country's freedom - both now and in the future.

NEVER Forget and NEVER Forgive those who would challenge our Freedom!

That Iwo Jima memorial is something else. A year or two ago, I brought my son, age 7 there along with my wife and mom & dad. The Honor Flight Network happened to be there bringing a whole busload of veterans to visit the memorial (and others around DC). Had to look up that group; they are legit.
Talked with some of the organizers and some of the veterans themselves. Had expectations, especially from the WWII guys, but...wow they blew my mind with how open and appreciative they were. I'm not going to go into it, but it was absolutely not the veteran grunt stereotype. These guys were not messing around. Progress, progress, progress.
