    "Venom" surely will be comic-based.

Sure, but the impending passing & moanings that is should have is enough to put a small stain on it

I can never find the flipper buttons on that, so I gave up.

This the pinball equivalent of the Would You Rather game

    #22 1 year ago

Will be none of the 3.

I am reliably told both Venom and Foo Fighters are both already built. Dont know which they will release first tho...

Seems as though my wallet is quite safe this year. Those titles at these prices will be a hard sell.

I just watched Studio 666 last night so id take that one

Yep that would get my money. Vote and wish all you want...Foo Fighters is next. I'm out for FF and Venom too. If Venom soundtrack is 100% Ozzie music from the Randy Rhoads era, I might reconsider.

    #27 1 year ago

Venom is coming - likely next. - likely in time for Allentown.
I'm fairly sure it's Brian Eddy.

    When Foo Fighters comes:
I sincerely hope K.E designs it, because the first modern band game deserves A+ treatment.

I think both will be excellent games and I look forward to each.

    Honest Q:
Does somebody really have the Pulp Fiction license - because I think that or Kill Bill would be incredible themes.

Playing through the 1st one for the 3rd time now (played years ago of couese). Was saying to my wife the other day how awesome it would be to have a TLOU pin. I'll take the show theme I don't care either way.

CGC has pulp fiction I believe

    #30 1 year ago

    I’ll bet it’s JDs Nirvana pin !

    #31 1 year ago

Neither hopefully. Rather have a Rhianna pin.

    Modern band ???

They are 3 decades old, LOL

    -

The only bands that got a pin while they were modern were Nugent, Elton, Who and KISS.....

    Dolly

    #34 1 year ago

Dolly's first single was "Puppy Love" in 1957, but the Bally came out with her career changeover to pop, so I'll give it to you.

Beat Time came out when the Beatles were 7 years old, so somebody will probably claim that one

The Brooks and Dunn pin would have come out with the band being 6 years old, still very fresh

Roy Clarks pinball came out 15 years after his first album, up to you guys to decide if that is modern or not...

I am wondering about the audio for PF.
There's no way they could afford Samuel L. or Travolta. Or Keitel. So...hopefully they make it work

    #37 1 year ago

    I love me some PF.

I'm really interested in seeing the next American Pinball game. Looks like a great theme and I love Dennis Nordman games.

It’s heavily rumored that CGC has the Pulp Fiction license, but IMHO Kill Bill would be the ultimate movie license.

Make a better SF2 lower PF where you bust out of an underground coffin, a Deadpool-esque Hatori Hanzo sword ramp, modes where you cross off the list, a scoop with a giant Pussywagon over it, of course (and I HATE when Pinsiders come up with terrible dream theme MB ideas, but this one makes actual sense) a Crazy 88’s MB, and a 5-way combo to beat the game.

I like Pulp Fiction and even watched Reservoir Dogs this morning, because it was a while. But Kill Bill would rule, and the backglasses as the DVD covers would look awesome.

This is a good point. Even though Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie, Kill Bill actually makes more sense for a pin.
    WIN/WIN

I had to Google Foo fighters. No idea what or who they they are. Guess I’m not there target market.

It would be pretty awesome to have Samuel L Jackson yelling at you while playing.

    #48 1 year ago

Venom all day. Foo Fighters is beyond a bad theme for me, but besides that, I respect others might like it. I would say however, following Rush up with Bond (mediocre) then to another music pin would leave some people out of a new pin title purchase for over a year.

I think Venom takes things back to a mainstream pin that has potential to at least be as good a Deadpool. We could use another pin that lands in the "very good" category. Doesn't need to be great.

    #49 1 year ago

There’s plenty of Sam Jackson impersonators on FIVRR who I’m sure would be happy to take the gig.

Playing LW3 lately I’m pretty amazed at how good their voice actors were.

Kill Bill would be a homerun theme… instant buy for me.
