    Quoted from pinster68:

I’ve been trying to get dimensions of the cargo area from new owners on other forums. No responses yet. I have a Model 3 that I really love, but will trade up to a Y Performance (and ditch my RAV4) if pins fit.

    Tesla Model Y update?

Thanks to RobF for finding this, doesn't look promising due to the floor to opening height being < 28".

Thanks. My firewall is blocking so I'll take a look when I'm home tonight. Bummer, though.

    Quoted from luch:

has anyone put a folded pinball machine , say newer Stern into a Tesla model Y ?

    Quoted from frosken:

I remember measuring the trunk back in September and I cannot seem to find my info, but it was not promising.
You'll most likely need to wait for the Cybertruck, unless you can afford an X.

    Here's the verdict:

    Quoted from Pin_Fandango:

    Nobody here with a Volvo XC40 2021?

    My wife has a 2019 XC-40 and I just sold my XC-60. The XC-60 couldn't handle a machine, so the XC-40 definately won't.

    Quoted from Pin_Fandango:

well the car is here. the game fits length wise but the head needs to be removed, the problem is the simply the height. The widest opening is 28" in the XC40 so the head has to be removed in order to transport in this vehicle. This is simple to do with a Stern but other games are a pain.

The slope of the back roof section and the lip of the rear opening are an unfortunate combo...pinball machine transport-wise.

Looking at a Peel P50. Anyone have any experience moving a modern Stern in one of these? I am a little bit worried about the 4.5HP engine being slightly under-powered as my daily driver, though.

    Quoted from JToeps:

So close but a modern stern does NOT fit in the Rivian R1S with a simple folded backbox.

    Crap.

They are giving these away right now with killer lease deals. I appreciate this information.
