I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue. My intention has to build a cardboard mockup and carry it w me to dealers Instead I just had the salesperson shut the hatch and took measurements to make sure it would be ok w the hatch closed. Seems to be plenty of room. I'll post more info and pics w the first pinmove.
Quoted from rai:I mean do you have the measurements handy?
pretty sure it was 53L x 29W (these are the same as WPC) x 24H
Quoted from Astropin:We just rented one of those and my wife liked it. I wasn't sure if it was big enough for a pinball machine so definitely let us know. It got pretty good has milage for an SUV and had a nice ride.
the best EPA est hwy of similar SUVs and $3k less than a Rav4.
Nice and roomy inside.
Radio reception in this one is a lil disappointing,
and those headrests are Horrible.
I do like the vehicle overall though.
Quoted from Baiter:I used the following rough guideline when shopping around: Cargo opening 30"w x 30"h x 52"deep, ideally 32" high
I ran across a couple vehicles that were just under 30" and it wasn't good enough... you want a little room to put the game on a slider, furniture pads, etc, and avoid rubbing the ceiling. Some vehicles also had less room at the opening or less room toward the driver's seat, so it's definitely good to check measurements throughout.
Well the Rogue definitely worked.
Independence Day was the pin,
forgot to take pics for this thread.
Quoted from Bax1:what year rogue was it? they have some good deals going on right now in my area.
2017
it does have these false panels in the rear storage area,
but they didn't seem to be a problem
you'll prob need a bumper guard too
to protect the paint
