What's the size of a CGC compared to a modern Stern? Picking up a CGC and wondering if it'll fit. Sterns just barely fit in my car. I'm mostly concerned about height
Modern stern basically doesn't fit into a 2022 Ascent without a lot of pushing and potential scratching. I got it in, but definitely not ideal

Anybody know if an Alien will fit in a car that is capable of fitting a modern stern? Not concerned about width. I'm wondering about height with the backbox down.
Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:Which version of Alien... Heighway or Pinball Brothers. As I understand it Heighway's is an odd size (smaller) but Pinball Brothers is about Bally Williams size. (Correct me if I'm wrong folks).
I'm talking about a PB standard
Quoted from GamerRick:I measured for you. Pinball Brothers Alien: Backbox is tapered. 8” deep at the top, 7” deep at the bottom, 27 9/16” wide. The cabinet is 52” long and 25” wide. A Stern backbox is 8” deep square and 28” wide. I hope this helps.
Huge help, thank you. Do you know height of the cabinet compared to Stern? For instance, a stern folded down, compared to a PB folded down against the cabinet itself?
If Alien backbox is 8" at the deepest, how many inches would the cabinet add at its deepest?
Quoted from GamerRick:Welcome! The cabinet is classic design, same size as Stern and tapered in same way. So I am guessing the overall height with backbox down is one inch less than Stern because the thinnest part of the backbox is on the bottom which would be at the thickest part when folded down. That one inch is huge Sterns just barely miss fitting in multiple vehicles. It’s definitely smaller.
Perfect, thank you
