Is the Santa Cruz available yet?

Quoted from tbaum:Dumb question, but an older Williams System 7 should fit since you take the backbox off entirely correct?
Looking to do this this weekend
Years ago, I used to occasionally move pins in my 1976 Toyota Corolla wagon. I was able to get many different pins in it no problem. The only game I had to take the head off of was a Hyperball.
Quoted from tp:I'm wondering about this also...bump.
I looked a some last week. My guess would be it would be close with the back seats down.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:Is the Santa Cruz available yet?
Okay, so I've seen the Santa Cruz on the road, and saw one on display at a Costco in La Habra. Not only does it look like the bed is too short, but there's a roll down cover that would get in the way even if it was rolled away.

Quoted from JeffF:Fit a Gorgar in a 2021 Subaru Impreza Sport.

Nice! How much did that set you back? I've considered one of those as my next car.
Quoted from bigguybbr:Has anyone used a Maverick or Santa Cruz to move pins yet? If so do you have any pictures. I’m leaning towards getting a small pick up in 23
What if you moved a Maverick pin in a Ford Maverick?
Quoted from Pinash:It’s a pickup, so yes it will fit a pin. The question is, can it fit two pins with some additional work? The bed arrangement would make it easy to build a flat platform over the wheel wells to increase bed space.
I haven't see a Maverick up close, but The Santa Cruz? No you're probably NOT going to fit a pin in it.

The bed is more like a large trunk with a tail gate. Even with the cover rolled back, it gets in the way of putting anything large in it.
Quoted from bigguybbr:I did happen upon a picture from car and driver with them getting an arcade cab (Tetris) in the back with it hanging out. It looks like it works for local stuff if the weather is nice, or if you plan to wrap whatever you get in a tarp to keep it dry.

I'd worry about damaging the pull down cover doing something like that also.

Quoted from mbaumle:To answer the question no one was asking: Yes. 2 single player EMs will fit into the back of a 2019 Mazda CX-5. With a little room to spare. [quoted image]
Okay. Where are the back boxes?
Quoted from mbaumle:I could only fit one backbox behind the games. I could’ve technically fit the second one in the front passenger seat, but I wasn’t that desperate to fit it all in a single trip.
So, you could only fit 1.7 games in a CX-5.
So i saw one question about this in the topic, but no answer: Will a Mitsubishi Outlander fit a pin? Asking because it's one of the new vehicles I'm looking into possibly getting.
Quoted from vikingerik:I did some shopping and research today, posting the results in case it helps anyone. I built a mockup of the size of a folded Stern from PVC pipe, and used it to test several vehicles at a few dealerships.
[quoted image]
The test piece is 30.75 inches in height, very slightly oversized for a Stern which is about 30.25, and a Bally/Williams is slightly shorter at about 29.5.
Results:
Honda: 2021 model year HR-V and CR-V both fit very well - both of these have the fully flat folded seat backs, that the 2023 models don't.
2023 HR-V and CR-V are both right on the borderline - the mockup fit with some pushing but the pipes were bent slightly so it's hard to tell for sure. The 2023 CR-V in particular has an awkward lump in the folded back seat that is troublesome. You could probably do it with a trick like sliding the backbox towards the coin door or loading the machine on its side.
Hyundai: Definitely no for the 2023 Venue and Kona. Yes for the Tucson, fully fit easily.
Toyota: No for the 2023 Corolla Cross and Venza. Borderline yes for the Rav-4 but with millimeters to spare for clearance.
Chevrolet: No for the 2023 Trax and Trailblazer. Borderline but probably no for the Equinox and Blazer, the hatch clearance on each is about an inch too short, maybe yes sideways or by sliding the backbox.
I didn't get to Kia today but intend to try a Seltos and Soul next week.
(Of course, take anyone else's firsthand information as more authoritative than my mockup.)
Didn't you try the Santa Fe?
Quoted from bigguybbr:Santa Cruz with a Space Mission EM in the back. I would probably be able to close the gate if I removed the tonneau.
[quoted image][quoted image]
So is the Tonneau removable? I mean truck is nice and all, but it sure seems to limit what you can put in the truck bed. This is one thing that kind of steered me away from wanting to buy a Santa Cruz.
Quoted from northvibe:year? and model?

Older outlander fit one, but the sport may be short....
I thought "New Vehicle" covered that but a 2023 / 24
