    prob getting a 2011 Acura MDX....looks like 31 1/2 is the clearance of the back opening...looks like it will be rubbing a few pins but should be ok

    It is but the bed is a little short. With the tailgate down Im sure it fits. Was seeing if it fits with gate up.
