    Quoted from stangbat:

The fourth generation Odyssey (2011-2017) will fit a pin in back with the middle seats installed, so you can actually seat five with a pin in the back. I'm not sure about the fifth generation (2018+) but I'd hope so, the body style is very similar. I tried to get clarification on this but couldn't.
The fourth generation won't fit a NIB Stern with the middle seats unless you fold the seat backs down, but any game out of box will fit just fine.

    2014 Odyssey here.

You can, and I have, but depending on the depth of the pin (ie: TNG’s phaser launcher vs a standard plunger) you may have to either move the 2nd row seats forward or make sure the protruding not-plunger is in the middle of the van, with the center seat pushed forward.

If you have A) tall people in the first row (pushing the first row seats back), B) teens-or-larger in the second row, and C) a long pin, it’s not going to be comfortable for the second row passengers.

FWIW, I just fit a boxed GnR in the van with the second row seats all the way forward (worst-case scenario). I didn’t really have to squeeze much to make it fit.

The Odyssey is a great pin hauler. Low load height, very flat load floor, wide enough to fit a boxed game and a dolly, and plenty of height. We’re trading ours in, and I’m not looking forward to trying to cram a game in an SUV.
