I had 5 gifts, 2 MBs completed, TABA started and failed, and I had a mode started with just fellowship mb to start. The inserts showed Frodo was the only one flashing, but I kept hitting it and nothing!

Does it need to pass through the ring to light Frodo?

And is it fair to think that if I had started the fellowship MB, completed it, got the 6th gifts, and then started DTR, I would have been at Valinor?

Can you explain a bit more. How is the 7th gift earned?

Had a good run last night... Got 5 gifts, completed 2 MBs, and nearly finished ROTK on one ball.

Unfortunately my extra balls basically went right in the drain.

Then used ball 2 to get TABA started, and just needed to start War of the Ents and finish ROTK and I would have had my shot.

So close, yet so far...

Yup, I really botched up my strategy. All I had to do was start War of the Ents, and I could have picked up a gift from that and ROTK which probably was only 2-3 shots away from completion.

How can you tell if the MBs were completed? Is it in the instant info?

And of course, there was still DTR to deal with, and for some reason, it is what gives me the most trouble. I find completing the MBs easier than DTR!

For TTT, it's just hearing suer jackpot right? Same with ROTK? FOTR rig is definitely unmistakable.

And do you get a gift for completing DTR and TABA?

Awesome! And, after doing TABA, you can redo modes and collect gifts from modes already completed? For example, completing War of the Ents a second time, would give you a second gift?

What slope do you guys who have reached valinor have your game at? My game measures 6.5 degrees between the slings and seems like I get a lot of side drains.
