Hell of a game, how long was it?

I've thought the same thing. Ever since getting there, it seems I have tried harder to get there again, takes nothing away from the game - a good thing about pinball compared to vids for example.

I was close again the other day, but ROTK is always the toughy. I did it 4-5 times and still did not complete it that game... ugh.

When the ball comes in the right inlane, this enables the POTD left orbit shot to trigger the post to send the ball there. Every time you have a ball go in there, by the return ramp or trickling in there, always try to shoot the left orbit. Starting ROTK as much as possible is the biggest key to getting to Valinor.

Also, I don't recommend the Pinbits POTD diverter either, if you have that (stops ball from falling into the shire). There are other protectors out there to protect the shire, which is what I have. You need those souls, they are very important.

I have a combination. The pinbits protectors I got, which also was the footies for the LE figures, had a clear insert for the bottom of the shire. I have the wood rail "L" protector as well, with the cliffy for the shire. As well, I have the shire inside decal from PBL. The protectors come with two plastics for the Arwen, to sandwich her, which allows for the ball to fall here without breaking.

There are a lot of mods to protect that area, but you need it, as the ball must drop here to get your 2nd and 3rd needed swing at beating ROTK.

That Planatir mod may be the best mod ever for any machine! Man does it look sharp, especially with the dimmer upgrade.
