loneacer Is this something you're eating or is USPS actually refunding Priority mail fees?
I took have several early dec/late nov packages still in the system. Luckily; the customers are understanding.
That said; if they hit the 30day mark; I intend to file a lost package claim and get USPS to refund the postage.
Just curious if you've had any luck getting USPS to own up / make it right.
