About to shop out my TSPP, and the cost of Stern parts is kinda crazy. New plungers and links - $15.95, coil stops $5.75. I can get Williams plungers and links for $6.95 and coil stops for $2.75. All prices from Marco by the way as a reference. Multiply that by the five flippers, and we're talking some serious cash.

So I'm consider using Williams parts for the rebuild.

Now, I'm sure the game will feel a little different using Williams parts, but I like the feel of Williams flippers. Ive never had an end of stroke actuator break off on a Williams flipper, while I've had to replace these a ton on my Sterns. Aside from the different feel, any other issues that might pose a problem? Anyone else tried this? And is this a good idea or not.

    Thanks-
    Mike

I am not sure if this would actually work. I feel like slight difference will make them incompatible.
