    Quoted from jboner1058:

I've got a couple issues. On my phantom of the opera pin, the ball always bounces off the metal guard in the organ hole (which makes getting multiball a PIA). and a couple metal spots that the ball airballs like crazy on that need something to cusion it. Can I use some thin 1mm sticky back felt on these metal parts to dull the deflections?

No harm in trying. You can always remove it if it doesn’t work. I’ve used felt tape to slow the ball a bit around ramps and orbits if I’m having issues with too much speed. I’m not sure how much momentum it will absorb on a direct hit, but like I said, no harm in trying.
