Embryon's upper flipper suddenly stopped tonight.

Bottom flippers work fine, coil for upper flipper moves when game is off.

What could it be? Coil needs to be cleaned? Fuse? Broken wire? (Only broken wire I saw was for tilt bob).

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Quoted from JCO25:

What do you mean?

I would check for any poor connections among the related switches and wires and resolder as needed. Maybe the switches beneath the playfield need to be adjusted? Has the flipper been rebuilt?

No, the flipper hasn't been rebuilt. I will check for loose wires, only one i saw was near the tilt bob.

The upper flipper is activated by the outer EOS on the lower flipper. Make sure the lower flipper outside EOS is closing immediately after the inner EOS opens.
