Williams, 1980My machine plays normally until I put a ball into the upper multi ball capture area, at which point another ball is not ejected into the plunger, as would normally happen. I cleaned the multi ball contacts, but the problem still persists. Any recommendations on troubleshooting would be appreciated.

OP: Try performing a switch test on the lock switches and ball through switches.
