If you are talking about Alien , nobody knows anything . Coming up on 3 months since i paid and no update except "it's on the water" . The original invoice said "shipping June 8th" . I think the ship stopped at Gilligans Island for a while , until the professor figured out how to get the Xeno head working

Got a chance to play Alien last weekend. It's really good... and once you have it in hand, the wait will quickly be forgotten.

Cointaker isn't going to rip you off, so you don't have to worry too much. I get that you want your game but they are probably somewhat in the dark as well.

Cointaker is a solid company. I’m sure if they could do anything about it they would.

I can't get a game # or what # they are on as far as shipping , just general , vague updates

I ordered 8 months ago ...still nada

I mean you guys ordered games that have had this tumultuous history, are being manufactured in Europe, at an unknown speed other than slowly, and are being shipped by the containerful when ready apparently, and you're surprised at the speed of delivery and lack of information? You ordered the wrong game. Just get a stern or something next time.

Problem is with the distributor , can't get any hard facts ...what number am I on the list .... what number are you shipping now to see where I'm at. It's been 8 months since I ordered and still can't get this info ???

They probably have no idea themselves because PB is being secretive or they really aren't sure of the rate they'll be getting them out. This is just speculation on my part of course. If I had money on an alien i'd be well aware that it's just going to arrive someday and i'll just have to be patient until then. If it doesn't arrive then at least my money is safe with cointaker and they aren't going to steal from me.

Update : My game arrived safe and sound. Took about 3months after payment. YMMV

Email comes from Cointaker saying it shipped - no tracking or info beyond that basic fact.

Fed-Ex contacts you at the phone number you provide - By text message in this case.

The text message contains a link to schedule delivery.

At this point, pay attention to container delays and shortages etc.

If you expect to be notified of delays and / or provided information proactively by Cointaker , you will be disappointed.

Correct. This blows people's minds sometime, but that IS the case in some circumstances. I'm the manager of a furnitire store and hear often "where is my furniture." The cold harsh reality is; nobody knows and there is nobody I "can call" to find out.

I ordered mine at the beginning of March. I hadn't heard anything so I messaged Melissa for the first time this past week. I was trying to get a rough estimate of when to expect it and she said 60 days.
