I’ll take it all apart and clean it up and see what I have. I’m pretty sure it at least needs a new bat. It has a lot of play in it without anything else moving.
Quoted from PinballAir:I have the NOS connector arm for the bat assembly and NOS pitching motor if you land up needing them.
Awesome, thank you. I will let you know.
Bumping this old thread again. I’m finally getting to this. I’ve cleaned up all the old grease on this Upper Deck batter assembly. I’m replacing some of the part but most I’m leaving. Some like the rubber at the top I cannot get apart. I got the locknut off but there’s this odd looking offset type washer like piece at the end of the screw. How does this thing come apart? I bought replacement rubber but I don’t want to break the screw so I’m going to just leave it unless someone knows the trick to this.

Quoted from SteveinTexas:Probably stuck with old age and the rubber has bonded to the post. You could cut the rubber off the post or leave it as it is not affecting the game.
The post is off set is interesting as it is a small amount and the arm action is much longer and violent. I have never altered the post position on any of the games I have restored. It needs to hit it on the return bounce that is it as I can see.
Thank you Steve. I’m going to leave it. It feels like it’s going to snap. Here’s where I’m at. For the life of me I don’t know where this goes. (3rd picture). I took pictures and I don’t see it. Any idea?
Also the main center hole is a little elongated from wear. I don’t know if it’s going to be a problem. It feels like it’s binding a little. This plastic piece came off the old shaft. (4th picture). It’s pretty much disintegrated. I cleaned the old grease the best I could and added new white lithium grease. It’s what I had in the house.

I only have 5. I’m also not sure what the correct size is supposed to be.
Quoted from Playdium:Check the plunger drop into the coil sleeve to make sure it's aligned properly. Disconnect the spring to do this.
Thanks. I will check that. One thing that definitely helped last night was moving the rubber stopper from the single hole to the slotted hole. That allowed to bat to sit more forward and not require as big a wind up. Also my EOS switch is pretty beat up. I’m going to replace that. You can see in these first 2 pictures where the bat was and where it is now.
