Hi. I hope everyone is having a nice evening. I’m having issues updating my EHoH. I have a 16GB Memorex Flash Drive. I format into the FAT-32 format per Stern instructions. I have the zip file on my desktop and I try to drag it into the Flash Drive and it says the file is too big for the Flash Drive, which makes no sense. I assume once I have the zip file on the flash drive I extract it and then stick it into the pin for the update. Obviously, I’m missing something. Any help is much appreciated.

Machines can be finicky on what brand of USB.
Are you using a Mac or Windows machine to format the drive?

Windows machine to format the drive.

Open file from desktop, once open hit extract all button.
When new window opens hit browse.
Then select your usb drive and hit extract.

    It’s a nice update - enjoy!

Thanks. That seems to be working. I’m the worst with computers!

When in doubt follow the stern instructions to a T.
