Page 3 specifically lists how you collect your Cyborg Eddie Card.

That is a great document! However, the part about the card for cyborg is incorrect currently. The card actually gets rewarded when it is LIT vs when it is actually started per the document which is why RVH was able to light the cyborg card in Mummy. Seems to not be intended to be that way tho....
