New to the club!! Just got mine yesterday, been waiting to buy one since it came out, but finally pulled the trigger.

I installed the Cliffy carbon fiber loop protector…works like a charm. No more hang ups.

#10048 2 years ago
Quoted from wtatumjr:

I just got mine for GZ and Aerosmith yesterday. I like them so much I ordered for my IM and EHOH also. It takes about 2 weeks to receive your order. They arrive in a mailer tube so they have a curl on them. Best to reverse curl and stick back in the tube for 10 minutes or so. Only tools needed are a Torx screw driver to remove and reinstall the ID plate.
They sell a neat magnetic apron cover too.
[quoted image]

It looks great on that game. Really complements IM premium too.

Quoted from KnockerPTSD:

Iron Maiden puts on one of, if not the best, live shows you can ever attend.

Agreed!! Up the Irons!!!

#10309 2 years ago
Quoted from mattosborn:

No, v1.10 only has the European 2022 dates. The North American dates were just announced today.

That’s one of the things I love owning the machine for, it’s to remind me of the couple times I saw them on the tour. Now with a North American leg added, hopefully I can catch them at least once more.

#10312 2 years ago
Quoted from OSUBuckeye98:

I’m a bit of a sucker when I see anything that relates to a pin that I own.
[quoted image]

Just tried that last night. It’s not too bad for a lighter stout. Enjoy!

#10526 2 years ago
Quoted from brickbuilder14:

Yea I tried that. It never even lifts up. So I don’t think it’s an issue detecting a ball.

Did you try it in test mode?

Quoted from KnockerPTSD:

I recommend working on your communication skills. Giving off a tone in a forum post IS impressive though.
Regarding your play style comment, that would be implied in any pro to premium comparison obviously. The only point I was making was there are only 3 physical playfield differences, not "lots"

Extra mode as well, I believe.

I thought the pro looked better then the premium, but now that I own the premium, I’ve grown to like it more. The LE though…..yuck.

#10641 2 years ago
Quoted from MarklarD:

I’m new to the club; can someone clarify this? I have a premium but I activate the modes by shooting the underworld scoop. That left ramp does give me hell though.

You are correct, through the underworld.

Anyone know where I can get these side rails
Thanks

Hey I like those. I’d be in for a set definitely

Is there supposed to be a rubber on this post?

Yes

Quoted from Scott8806:

I got a very early build date on mine.Playfield is garbage pooling and chips everywhere.Since this pin is a keeper for me i found one from kruzman nos from stern,he told me its one of the best he has ever seen from stern. I thought about it for awhile cause its only home play, just to buy it and have it shipped to me. I have never had a playfield done by him have heard his 3 month process makes them insane.so in the end i opted to have that done.Just my story with this pin.

Yeah, I did the same. Got the premium one being cleared by him right now. Can’t wait to have it in my possession.

Quoted from Sleal16:

Going to hold out to see if the Egyptian version becomes available.

The Tilttopper version is still available, more affordable, and more interactive than that 900.00 piece of plastic.

#11821 1 year ago
Quoted from Sleal16:

Thanks!
Yeah, most stuff I'll make some to sell unless its a PITA to produce. Small batches of each thing I make will probably be my route going forward. 20-50 run depending on how much time I get free since doing them in my limited free time from work/family. For these, going to offer a paint DIY blank figure for 40, 2-tone color (a metal type of choice or sandstone finish with shadows for contrast) for 60, and full color for 100.

That looks great. If you decide to do a run, I’ll take a fully painted one. Nice work!

Found a few old sets of side rails cleaning up
Will probably bring to Pinball Expo

I’d be interested in those Maiden rails…

I think I’m just going to admire this for awhile before I even THINK about wanting to do the swap…..NOS Premium with generous clear coats from Kruzman. It’s just a beauty!

Quoted from Concretehardt:

See every time I think I’ve made my mind up that I’m good with a pro I read a post like this and start thinking Premium. I do think this will be last call on the game so maybe stepping up to the Premium is the right call.

Have you played both versions?

I have and I DEFINITELY think the premium is far more superior. The Pro seems lacking, just built for speed, no real bells or whistles. Good for tournaments.

But in the end, it comes down to personal preference, so it doesn’t matter what any of us say…..

Quoted from allsportdvd:

It didn’t show the current top score on any of those feature settings, only the machine defaults. I went and changed #152 to 3 and played a game, still showed 47 on the attract mode afterwards

Do you have the manual? It shows settings in there….

Anyone put Wizard Mod “wiz door” on their Premium? Pic would be great. I found pics for the apron and speaker wiz mods but not door.

Here it is on mine. I had to modify it because I have the headphone Jack on my coin door….

I just released a video for the ultimate mod for your Iron Maiden Pinball machine! cruise on over and check it out!

The second we start pulling out pliers to bend metal, it’s all over for me. I actually like the background the way it is. Cheers!

Thought I’d put this up here first before I post it to the public. Selling this shooter rod. It’s in great condition, I just installed a different one, so no longer in need of this unit. PM me if interested.

Quoted from k_kush:

Completely agree...unless you have an LE, the Aces High topper just doesn't fit to me. Looks like Tilt Toppers is the next stop.

I’m selling mine if you’re interested in getting one sooner….I bought the aces high one so I have no need for two toppers.

At first I was skeptical about the Aces High topper but now that I have it installed….I dig it!

Quoted from Sorokyl:

You should cut out holes for speaker the speaker panel..especially for a music pin, you don't wanna ruin the sound! Try pulling it off and on with music on and see what a difference it makes. I cut holes in mine wasn't that hard.

Those panels have speaker holes in them…it’s the subwoofer underneath you don’t see!!

#14033 8 months ago
Quoted from DCfoodfreak:

He meant holes as in cut out the entire circle sp the speakers are not blocked. Its still a thick mesh muffling them even if there are tiny holes. Will be night and day uncovering them.

But I like my speaker panel cover….I don’t want to ruin it….

Quoted from AWDSOME:

I'll have to see if I can find some before and after pictures with the pinstadiums. Thanks for the suggestion

The pinstadiums made a huge difference on the game. I have mine alternate slowly between blue and yellow as to resemble the live after death tour atmosphere.

I don’t post much but when I do, it’s important for maiden owners.

Please go to pinsound and vote for the next pinball machine to get interactive speakers. Vote for Maiden!! Click on the link and you’ll see what I’m talking about….

https://www.pinsound.org/pinvision

…. The premium version looks fine with the Aces High topper! I enjoy having it on mine, but to each their own.
